Can I have something stronger please? Perhaps one of Chuffys tea and rum cocktails. I've just put an offer on a house and feel a bit peculiar. Feeling sick and shaky. Perhaps I'll walk the dog first and try and calm down then come back for a tea based cocktail.

Apologies LTP. No disrespect intended. (Soto voce........."If I don't mention the rings, I might get away with it").

Errrrrr.......might there be a chance of refreshment?

When you have just made a big decision like this, I think it is very likely you will feel sick and shaky. The dog will enjoy the walk, and hopefully you will too. Chuffy makes wonderful tea, (when he is not locked in the cupboard) and you can try and relax. Sometimes it can take a few days to sort out offers etc on houses, but hopefully your offer will be resolved soon. Is your "next" home close to where you live now?

One last thing, you might need to sort the cupboard out while you're here, Chuffy got locked in it tonight and I still don't know for how long, he was womblingrambling when I let him out poor lad.

I had hidden the key to The Cupboard so that Dom Tyler would not interfere with Victoria's secret sponges.

Last night's film had Johnathon Rhys Meyers and Rupert Penry-Jones (Spooks) in it.:blush::sad::biggrin: Thank you for the pop corn - lovely.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I am feeling better now, although it was difficult walking with everything crossed. It's not my first time but my first time on my own. It's 10 miles away from here so it's going to be a wrench moving from such a nice area but will be good for commuting by bicycle. At least I will be able to say I left Royston Vasey .

That rum is splendid. Thankyou.

Now off out to spin the pins, haven't ridden for two days and my legs are grumbling...........

Laters,
