Do you want me to squeeze into the knee high boots? I haven't worn them for a while, I fear my calves may have put on weight... I can get them on, but getting them off again is a very undignified process requiring the pulling power of the farmer, his wife, his son, his daughter, the cow, the dog, the cat and the mouse, just like the Great Big Enormous Turnip....
