*mindful of the old "don't return to a lit firework", cautiously advances and pokes duvet with balloon whisk again*

I'm not sure there's anyone under there, you know.

Surprised you can get the grips on!

I've got a subsidiary bar thing somewhere - goes on under the bars and replaces about 15 mm of spacers. It's like a weeny short stem and very short bars welded together. Might do for mounting the lights. I'll dig it out, if you like.

Yes please, that sounds very useful, TY.

Idealy I'd have shorter bars but my current set up makes us wider on the road when in 'utility & tandem' mode. I group everything close together so I can still tuck in and get more speed but the hangers on the bar ends are very useful on hills.

And as much as I adore the AyUp lights, the mount is incredably wide compared to usual light fittings.

Kettles going on, name your poison.

Tx

*whispers* Waffles, Wafflycat? You alright in there?
Lord if this is what happens after going on a ride with the Doc' does to a woman I'm rather relieved to be a bloke THB.

I'm not biased!;);) *joking*
I think it's more of a cold than anything I did.
Jeez, I'm glad she just hugged me...

*snaps back to reality, ooh there goes gravity*

Ermm, Waffles is not actually on line at the moment. We may be waiting a while.

Yeah. I was listening to 'Curtain Call' on the way in. Yesterday it was 'Autobahn' so you're lucky I didn't veer off into German. I just stick a different CD in most mornings.
*decides to keep quiet about Soft Cell. Very very quiet indeed.*

Maybe it's my dog under the duvet? She's a very lazy dog.

I was going to ask, what sort of dog is she? I like dogs, never had one, and don't have the space now, but I'd like one one day. A bitzer, preferably wire hired to match myself....

I would then imagine a Boarder terrier cross would be appropriate.
Crossed with something a tad more lacadaisical.

My elederly and much loved Jack Russel, and friend, Jim, had to be rehomed a couple of years ago owing to my suddenly haveing to travel more and his old age.*sniff*

3/4 Black Lab, 1/4 boxer. She looks like a black lab, but with a white patch on her chest. Let me grab a photo - I stuck one on the things you've never done thread...Holly

She's very adorable, very friendly and a bit mischievous. Oh, and a bit greedy. Not wire-haired though.

If I had the space, a wolf or deerhound would suit. But otherwise, something compact, wirey and bright.

Although, watching some of Crufts at the weekend, the miniature dacshunds made me laugh - those tiny silly legs going nineteen to the dozen to keep up! But I wouldn't want one, they are a silly shape and prone to back problems. Anyway, I'd want to rehome something mongrelly.
