Of course, we could just do tea and cake all day, but we'd get bored eventually.

Imposter! Bring back our Doctor!

Perhaps. Once they'd run out of cake and toast.;)

Ah maybe. But then we just go to the zoo. Where we have to fight the elephants for the buns and the chimps for the tea....

I might be able to help with the Pork Scratchings dilemma by telling the story of someone I know of who tried his first bag of pork scratchings and half waY through found one with a nipple. Never touched them again.

I can go one better.. in packet of pork scratchings:-

nipple with hair still attached...

Totally agree, alecetc. That's verging on the obscene.
I've worked with people who spend less than that on food for themselves and a couple of kids for a fortnight.

It sounds a bit disgusting too.

Still trying to get the notion of a deep-fried hairy pig nipple out of my head, and now I have to deal with c**fee made from poo.
Pass the mind bleach, there's a dear...

I did LOL, as it goes, attracting some unwanted attention to what I'm up to.

Well, under conservation of energy, cause and effect and all that, if it's got cloudier in Norfolk, it should have got sunnier in York...
Perhaps I need to check that with Window Cat. You certainly seem to have got LOLcatting your pussy down to a fine art.

Taking the biscuit
It's alternating sunny and cloudy in London, just went for a ride to Victoria to collect spesh diet cat food & insulin for our diabetic cat and almost suffered Death By Mudguard!!!!

Glad I wasn't pedaling hard 'cos I went over a pothole, the plastic clip that holds the wires from the mudguard to the lug on the forks shattered sending the wires into my front wheel which threw me off the saddle and wouldn't you know it, my first proper clipless moment!

Managed to use my ingenuity, put the screw back in from the other side and use the quick release lever to hold it all in place!

*Makes mental note, remember sort mud guard and pedal knock before Saturday!*

Where's the tea?
