Hi tdr1nka. Have a brew!
And Speicher - from what I know of Chuffy, he used that expression with the utmost fondness.

Yes, I am sure he did, or I would not have mentionned it :smile::smile:. Notice the row of smileys after my comment in the above post (and in this one). ;):smile::biggrin::biggrin:

Plax! Have some tea! and thanx for the quick Welsh lesson.
I intend to learn how to order tea and a bacon sarnie in welsh. That'll come in handy in France...
Why are you knackered, or would I rather not know?

And me. Lest I be drawn into a battle of (half) wits with simon again...;)

Honestly it's like playing with a Slinky. Pointless, but such fun to imagine him falling down an endless flight of stairs...

How true!

Do you know, it's just occured to me, I can't remember the last time I had a bacon sandwich?;) I don't generally buy bacon - partly because I end up snaffling through it in order to eat it before it goes off, which somehow seems uneconomical, and partly because I'm trying very hard to only buy meat with decent welfare standards, and I suspect that rules out the cheapest bacon... and partly because I'm quite disorganised when shopping, so I just forget to get any.

But I really fancy a bacon sarnie now. With the bacon at just the right juicy/crispy stage, and the bread thick enough not to go soggy when you pick it up and fried just right so that it's a little crunchy, and a dollop of red sauce...

Excuse me, I may have to go and dribble away from the keyboard for a bit...
;)

I think I'm just suffering from having run out of any other breakfast comestibles this morning and having to fall back on the 6 month old remains of a box of branflakes...;)
