Chocolate, comes from a bean - veg.
Flour, comes from wheat, a sort of grass - veg.
butter and cream - each come from milk, which comes from grass - veg.

So in 3 eclairs, you've had

*and toes*

12 portions! Enough for nearly two and a half days!

I agree with what you said about some sensitivity toward awkward forummers, I once set off a paranoid schizophrenic sister of a friend who wanted an argument at a party, had I actually known of her condition I would have trod a little more carefully.
