The exact same goes for Tdr1nka Towers as TheDoctor can vouch, although I would be interested to see just how many bikes I can fit in the flat!

At this rate, I can see it ending up that we all sit in our own houses, and drink tea simulteaneaously, while chatting online. No, what a daft idea, it'll never catch on...xx(

For some reason I keep thinking we need to meet somewhere like a 'Center Parks'?

I'm happy to meet in the Midlands for some centrality.

DoctorTowers would be a bit of a squeeze, although I could probably get a dozen bikes in, and then we could all sit on the grass and watch the trains go by...

If we met at mine we could sit on the grass outside and watch the motorway traffic! Dunno how to describe the noise that makes though.

I would imagine a dull low roar....

Yesterday, while I was lying semi-comatose on the bed, sweltering, I was treated to the sound "clip clop clip clop clip clop" as one of the horse drawn tourist carriages detoured down my street on his wy to his pitch (they do sometimes, I don't know why, maybe Goodramgate was too packed with tourists). I didn't leap up to look (I feared appearing at my window half dressed as I was might alarm the horse, even though I was 2 floors up), I have to assume it negociated the 90 degree bend at the end of the narrow street.

Otherwise, I can offer the sound of York Minster's bells?

We could all go and drink tea up Snowdon, and watch the sheep go by.
Plenty of space in mine for bikes, and I have a nice blue teapot with a floral design.

I'm interested about the shrews - I thought they tasted nasty, which is why cats tend to kill them but not eat them. Perhaps chickens have a different sense of taste?

Like most other strange foody things, they probably taste like, er, chicken!

A tea meet-up would be spiffing; a little out of the way, perhaps, but not impossible from here.
