Brought cakes with me - pecan plaits, cream donuts, bakewell tarts, apple turnovers, banoffee pies, chelsea buns, flapjacks and double choc muffins, I hope I have not forgotten anyone's favourite. I don't think I should eat them all myself, or should I?

*Kettle is on, feet are up on sofa, (shoes off).*

Did you find a wardrobe Speicher?
We've got cakes here, it being the bosses birthday. Sadly no cream dognuts, so I'll have one of yours and a sneaky cup of that roasty bean stuff.

I have not tried cream dognuts, do they make your throat feel quite wuff after eating them?

Yes, I found a wonderful wardrobe thank you. Lovely shape and colour that would blend in excellently with the existing furniture. Unfortunately it excellentedlyness is reflected in the price. Its a very sensible shop, the sale price is only fractionnally lower than Normal prices, so I can think about it and do all the necessary measuring etc, and cogitatiing.

Also purchased the following: One fox  and one baker , also lots of new socks and two very nearly new fleecey "jumpers", and a pair of gloves all for the appeal put out by the local Shelter for the Homeless. And various interesting (to me) but boring to others, books from Oxfam.
(including the "Easy Glycaemic Index" (diet) book ;):sad::sad:)

Ah. Wardrobes <twitch, shudder>.
We are on the look out for similar but have one fine example, currently sitting in our living room, which won't go up the stairs. It will have go back onto E-Bay while we search for one a bit smaller.

It is of particularised interest to note that I can mention the procurement of a Fox and a Baker (or is he a greengrocer) and no-one makes any comment.;)
Do you think that is normal behaviour?:ohmy:

Perhaps Arch would like to see my Greengrocer.
