Oh dear, no one here. I will try out Longers Builders' Tea Method.
Not strong enough to lift the tea pot. Perhaps I should bring in my travel kettle.

I even struggled today to make a toasted cheese sandwich, can I have a volunteer to help me with that tomorrow? Fortunately not struggling to type, as it does not involve lifting arms that much.
