Yes, perhaps I do share Miss Marple's state of mind. I like watching detective progs on Tv, and usually guess who did it, sometimes very quickly. I particularly enjoy "Law and Order - Criminal Intent" and Murder in Mind, and also some time ago on Channel four, I think, Mind to Murder. I suppose I could be Miss Marples niece, remember the one in Crackington Hall ?(Crackington Biscuits), but I would be wearing fleeces, black trousers and sturdy footwear, high heels being very inappropriate at sea

First thing this morning it was awful, but by lunchtime was getting better. I had to go out this evening, and the people there were very sympathetic, as opposed to reactions of family members - but that is another story.
Tea and sympathy I receive on here is also appreciated. What fitments would I need to add a wicker basket to the front of my bike. I would like a wicker basket, but how heavy is it to post? You do not reveal your location. I am, however, planning to be at the Cycle show in May in Nottingham.
BTW I picked a leaflet for the short courses at the Local Horticultural college, and one of the courses offered was entitled "Teleporting", which I think relates to driving machinery. When you manoeuvre the Tardis, do you call it driving?

I'm glad the tea is appreciated. Blinis are a type of savoury Russian pancake - made with buckwheat flour. Like French gallettes, but only an inch or so across. It's finger food, really. Blini, salmon, soured cream and caviar (or not - hate the stuff!) Good with dry white wine, champagne or neat vodka.
Family can be a bit of a pest - I haven't seen my mum in about 15 years, and I'm quite happy for that to continue. Get on well with my Dad, however.
The basket I have has hooks on it, so it's a simple drop-on fitting. It works best on slightly curvey bars - if you have seen the type of bars you get on Dutch/German utility bikes, or the traditional English 3-speeds, that's the type of thing. I got it when I was using a 1967 sit-up-and-beg thing as a utility bike.
Cost to ship - no idea. I'm in Stevenage, Herts. Whereabouts are you? Forget that - I've just seen you're in Worcs.
