I have been reading the thread about boxing and martial arts. I would like to point out how attractive Mr Calzaghe is, when he has taken off his shorts (to loose two ounces before a fight) but then he had his back to the camera. But I fear that mentionning that in that thread would be inappropriate.


BTW is it Landslide who likes tea cosies?

Best put the kettle on, I think we all need to calm down before beddybyes.

Been a bit nip-in-and-out today - I was out on the bike earlier, cycling to St Albans (my partner was teaching at an OU day school there), stopped off for some lunch on the way back (penne carbonara - most excellent), then walking the dog, and then digging around for some info on Astrium for my interview on wednesday. Broken only by a few minutes going 'Ahhhh' at the Whipsnade baby ellyfant.

So hows you, Speicher? Has Chuffers been misbehaving? *looks stern*

What sort of a "bad" day was it, that could be improved by putting that on your head?

That was a good while ago so I can't remember, but after trying on the magic hat, all my troubles faded away .

I once had to make a hat for a Christmas Party at very short notice. I managed to find a white cardboard box, altered it to fit my head, got out the Christmas cake decorations and decorated it.

Chuffy has not been misbehavourising, he just goes very peculiar at the mention of tweed and steam kettles for some reason.
