I was faking shock. I was delighted to see the 'four men' joke considering the number of gender specific jokes and the 'girls in lycra shorts' thread.
I've never been able to look at women and then discuss with other 'boys' as if they were performance vehicles. I simply prefer 'women' to 'girls'.

So no offence taken, keep that barbed and ironic wit going!

I went swimming on Monday, and on Tuesday felt as if I had been hit with a rolling pin on my ribs, front and back, shoulders and neck. Started taking a different painkiller today.

Thanks to Mr Bond, Premium Bond, I am going to get Physio started asap, next Monday, rather than faff about waiting a month for treatment.

My knees are still grumbly after the incident with the Virginmedia van on Tuesday. No word back from the VM transport manager so I'm gonna draft a letter to Mr. Branson over the weekend and start pulling some ginger beard.

tea , milk , no sugar . try floating instead of swimming to relax in water must be far more beneficial than all that swimming , those van drivers , they must have to run around like hell to make it pay . Hope you improve tdinka

Dunno about van drivers running around like hell to make it pay if it involves aggressively forcing a cycling adult and six year old child off the road and into a parked car.
I'd say the van driver had the hell to pay in this circumstance?

I don't want to sound flippant it is a serious question , what was you wearing , was it congested with vehicular trafic also was there other cyclists with you along side. ( jesus , with your kid ) Unanswerable I know but do you FEEL he went for you .
