Yes, tea please. I went swimming this evening, in the Adult Swim session.
Very good, with everyone swimming in straight lines, and not crashing into each other. 40 minutes in the water, proper swimming. That was fine, but putting my socks on botherations, sugar lumps, and other expletives oh dear :smile::eek:

Doesn't sound good. That was the bending down bit giving you problems, I take it? If your physio has given you any flexibility exercises to do, they should help in due course...

Don't watch much Torchwood because of the suitability issues for kids even though my 11yo son loves Dr Who. If I watched it he would want to and it isn't worth the hassle/explanations/embarrassment.

You must be getting quite excited about the new series starting though. We are!

Oh yes indeedy. Seen all the trailers, hence the new sig line. It's growing on me.

Still a trifle unsure about Catherine Tate, but we'll see tomorrow.

The physio has given me lots of exercises. She says that amongst other things I have lost muscle tone, and have referred pain into the sshh bum:ohmy::blush:

Cup of tea please. I am now off to watch Mr Vincent D'Onofrio in Law and Order, Criminal Intent.:biggrin:;) Off tomorrow, gentle walkies at a nearby National Trust property, and of course Tea!
