Evening all! Thought I'd pop in for a quick cuppa since I haven't done so for a while.
Just finished watching watching Dr Who that I taped off the telly Sat. Thought Catherine Tate would irritate me something rotten, but surprisingly I thought it was really good, she has some funny one liners.

Hi Plax! Have some tea!
Hows the weather been in Llanberis?, and what did you think of Doctor Who then? Ooh - better not go into too much detail as I don't know if tr1nka has seen it yet...

I do that most days!
High heels and a tight skirt, that is. Not save the universe using a sonic screwdriver. Because that would be weird.

Actually, I'm lying. The half-bottle of vino is beginning to kick in...

Maybe she'll start dressing a bit more sensibly. Mind you, Buffy the Vampire slayer could run, jump and generally kick Undead butt in high heels...

Mrs tdr1nka says I've actually got to watch the streaming/download as the last time we went over our internet limit we got a whopping great bill!!
The point being we could have spent the same money buying the 1st. series of Dr. Who on DVD, rather than watching a poor quality streaming version, as we did.

*hurumph!*

Nah, you guys chat away. Not having a TV I tend to lay low until the fuss has died down to make up my mind or comment on telly programmes, even Dr.Who.

We're having hot chocolate, any one want some?

Cold & smitten with pathetic attempts at snow.

Dr Who was great. I thought the little fattie children were really cute, and I want one. I was expecting people to go "ah cute" and lose a finger or two (maybe even a whole hand) when they then went down to pat them, so was a bit disappointed. On the whole a nice light hearted episode even though the bf thought it was rubbish and went off halfway through to do something allegedlly more interesting. Dunno if it was because he really did think it was rubbish or just got fed up of me drooling over David Tennant ;)

Yes please, hot chocolate, thank you.

After swimming this evening, it was not as difficult as last Friday to put my socks back on. I take this as a slight improvement. ;)

I am quite sure that Hot chocolate plays a part in this, as I had some on Saturday as well. ;)

Any way I'm off to beddy byes now.:tired::biggrin::tired:
