I played Oxygene to Ms. tdr1nka and she now refers to it as 'that space music'.

Cant say I have ever really likes drum and base or techno since the mythical summer of 2006.
Just find it a bit repetitive.

The synth, so he said, was indeed original. I have some video, which might be posted on youtube sometime.

The thing with techno, D&B etc. is that it has become mainstream, music that started off as an underground movement in the 90's is now used in adverts and as background music on TV.

A chill-out dance track I wrote has been used on BBC's Top Gear & Gardeners world, hardly elitist stuff!!

I like both! Though they are rather depressing, especially Final Cut. Perhaps a bit self-indulgent on the part of the lyricist...
