I'm going to regret this even more...
I might do the Dun Run too.
In 2004, the Dun Run was my first century and my first overnight ride

It wasn't easy, but easier than I thought it would be.
Two years ago in the Mighty Year of Cycling, Chuffy and I managed the Dun Run (in the drizzle) and the Exmouth Exodus (in balmy temperatures).
Last year we did the Exodus in pi*sing rain on minimal miles. My fuelling and layering strategy went wrong and the half way point is the closest I've ever been to packing on an "official" ride. And I was supposed to be one of the sweepers
However, after terrifying the Providers of Biscuits at the half way point by staring at them and inhaling their custard cream supply before first recovering the ability to speak, drinking lots of restorative tea and shovelling Lucozade tablets and ibuprofen down my neck I carried on. Second half of the ride was fine!
