Need tea. Anyone else about?

A brew would be nice after all this beer and cider :?:

How are your elbows today?

No cider around here :?:. What ciders do you like Longers?

Left elbow is fine thanks, I think that seemed to be the more superficial cuts. The right one hurts a fair bit leaning on it or when I steer on the bike but the grazed bit of it is better than I thought it would be.

Glad to hear they're not giving you too much grief.

Ciders I like? Dunno, I very rarely have it on draught but would go for Aspalls if on offer. In bottles - I go for interesting labels :?:.

Morning.

Breakfast was wonderful this morning. Egg laid by Anode, poached within five minutes of it being laid, eaten with a few fresh, chopped chives from the garden and a couple of Sun Gold tomatoes - said veg picked on the couple of yards walking back into the house after collected Anode's egg from her. Now that's what I call a freshly made breakfast!

Tea anyone?

*puts kettle on*

Ooooooooh, I'll have some cake please!
I've made the most of the improved weather today and took a meander out on the bike. Went up the Llanberis Pass, turned right into Capel Curig and then down into the Ogwen. I'm in the process of looking through my video footage and will post a few little clips later.

Right.

So my festering hand is clearing up nicely with the heavy dose of antibiotics. The bite on my leg that blistered, swollen & bleeding a bit inside is on the mend (sort of) and I'm sat at the computer this afternoon & bitten by a mozzie on the arm. That's now starting to itch like crazy. Out a bit later to clean out the hen house, renew the woodchips & straw bedding and somehow I manage to cut my right middle finger open almost to the bone on the first joint below the fingernail. Haven't a clue on what implement I managed to slice myself open.

Bah!

I need a glass of chilled fermented juice of grape!

I have a headache and I am stuck at work.

Swan Lake last night was really good, loosly based on the Swan Lake story line but with artistic licence to allow for lots of Chinese acrobatics and humour. The acrobatics and balancing acts were really very impressive.

I would like a very soothing cup of tea please.

I have just done one of those self-test quiz thingies, on hsperson.com. It was thirty questions about how sensitive you are (about your surroundings etc, not if people call you a nincompoop ?). If you answer yes to more than 14 Qs, then you are "probably" highly sensitive. My score was 22.:ohmy:

With all the knocks, bites, bumps, bruises, cuts... what is LOTT putting in the tea supplies?

Something alcoholic?
I'm ill. It started with a sore throat last night, and now I have the sniffles, a sore throat, a headache AND I'm feeling very tired. Not impressed, I hate being ill and the weather outside looks good enough to cycle in
