There was a good line on Star Trek Voyager the other night. Spoken by the one related ? to Spock, forgot his name.

"It was not my logic at fault, it was me."

Could this be Sarek, Spocks' father? seem to remember he was in TNG a few times.

No, it was a regular crew member on Voyager, with Captain Kate Janeway.
He was of the same culture ? as Spock, not related as in family. I will remember his name at 3.15am tomorrow.

I have never been to Scarborough.

It's quite nice. I preferred it to Hunstanton. Better fish and chips. Not having done 95 miles on a bike to get there may have helped my positive feelings too.

All this talk. Ice cream. I am requiring of ice cream. What sort? Something Italian and fruit-based. Melon. Green fig. Raspberry. Or, as when in Austria, a 'heisse liebe' Peaches, ice cream, hot raspberries in sauce, whipped cream, chopped nuts.

Ermm...*looks in freezer* I've got a Smartie cornetto? Or some lemon sorbet. Bit short of ice cream at the moment.
Why the sudden need for cooling fruitiness?

Doc' you needed to carry on to Wells-Next-The-Sea, Hunstanton is 'pleasent' but not in the same league as Scarborough.

Waffles, and anyone else for that matter, if you find yourself in Scarborough in the summer and at a loose end one evening, may I point you toward Peasholme Park and the WWII Naval Display that is held on the lake selected evenings during the summer. It is an absolute must!

Believe me, mate, carrying on was the last thing in the world I 'needed' to do. Had I got to Wells-Next-The-Sea-but-sodding-miles-from-The-Railway I'd probably still be there, begging for loose change and Sudocreme.
