Had the wound on my knee trimmed today which is going to enforce a bit of a layoff for a wee while. That said I was in a spin class last night and had to give up halfway through which is unheard of for me and somewhat demoralising. I am going to console myself with taking the kids to see the Tour of Britain on Saturday.
