I have a quick meeting this morning, so I've left him at home, swapping some pedals. At least that's what he said he was going to go. He may be trying to hack into the Dean and Chapters wireless, which we discover is detectable from over the road (but secure).

Still, at least he's had a cup of tea now...

The pedals are indeed swapped - there's no need for SPDs on a singlespeed I only ever ride in trainers.

Oooh no. But I'd like to book a mug of builders for tomorrow morning. It's entirely possible that Baggy and I may be going into town to shop for some new running shoes. I'm going to need sustenance.....
