Can't you minimise the chore by sending some e-cards this year ?
I am sitting at home nursing a cold , amusing myself by messing about with Xmas images on the PC, see below

Thank you various peeps for your kind suggestions.

I am trying to minimise the chore and the cost by sending as few as possible. It might take me longer to work out how to send an e-card than to write and post a normal card.

At least I now know when they need to be posted by, thanks Waffley.
I ventured out to finish my Christmas shopping, knowing that from now on, the shops will be unbearably crowded, not that I take my bears with me of course.

May I proffer to the peeps of Tea? scones, three left, crisps - lightly sea salted - two packets thereto.
