I was practicing balancing last night - learning Tai Chi, or Tea Chi, as I think Arch called it. We also learnt a twirly whirly sort of move, which needs a lot of practice. You have to be very conscious of directions, forward and back, oh yes fine, then there is the blue wall (left) and red wall (right). But then you get told blue forward as a corner to face or red back ;) And you have to be able to count to three, all at the same time. :biggrin:

(There are some men in the class, and they are very elegant. )

Morning All!!!

Back on the bike this morning :biggrin:, it does wonders for my journey time. Bus yesterday, door-to-door about 90mins, this morning only 20. Also on the upside, feeling has nearly returned to my fingers! :sad:

Tea, anyone?

I thought the great God Pan was in charge of the fried eggs, sunny side up.

No, that's the great pan god...

Chuffy, don't you remember the balancing game, I'm sure you were there. TheDoc fell asleep and we balanced stuff on him.

<sigh>

Can I have some tea?

Brain rather fuddled this morning. Took 45 minutes to get to sleepp last night (made the mistake of thinking about stuff) and then after I'd been asleep for 20 mins I was woken by my phone bleeping with a text - at ten past bloody midnight! I don't know if it was sent then, or if it just got delayed in the sending. Grrrrrrrrrrrr. After that, didn't sleep all that well, woke up twice more. So I'm fit for nothing today.

Still, my sister liked her scarf, said it was perfect.

Arch recommended it, works a treat.

Oh good!:blush: I heard it on telly, and it certainly was a nice comforting drink.

I'm having a slightly odd lunch. One roll with cream cheese and salami, a potato cake, a piece of cheese and a square of dark chocolate. Went shopping yesterday and forgot to get the cupasoups and the chic digestive biscuits, so added to the roll with some random stuff...

Oh, and tea, of course..

Hope the lurgy stays away, Tdr1nka....
