Angel, how did your day go yesterday? IIRC Plax saw someone with a Cycle Chat shirt yesterday, but she lives in north Wales, I am fairy confident you would not have got quite that far by lunch time, which is when she says she saw you them.

I have a potential disaster on the video recording of Amstel Gold, the sound is not being recorded. Still tonights highlights are almost as long as today's live broadcast.

Nope that was certainly not me For two reasons). 1/ I rode from Merthyr to Cardiff Bay and Back for a training run - a 60 miler. 2/I do not own a Cycle Chat T-Shirt

It was a great ride with fantastic company and perfect weather. I felt as though I could have made it into a 100 miler with more food.

As for the sound not recording it sounds as though you have a faulty SCART lead. If you have another then swap it out.

I might have a spare scart lead. Got lots of leads in a box somewhere. Could it be that the lead is loose, of-course, I do not want to try that while the tv is on, will try it later.

I have been spending the gloriously sunny day in the basement workshop fixing my winch now that the new control solenoids have arrived. I will be able to pull trees safely again.

I should have been outside sorting the bikes but I might do that in a mo as it will be a bit cooler.
Trying not to grin too much following last night's blind date. Most satisfactory she was.

I think I need tea. I have been repotting the plant in pots on my patio. Next is to sweep said patio, and then it will be neat and tidy for putting the sun lounger on the patio. Then just need some more "summer".

Spandex, I know that Velovision is excellent even when you are not in it. Having happy smiling photos of you and Helen is the err .. "icing on the doughnut cake".

Apparently there will be another Cycling Event in Worcester later this year, is it your turn to attend?
