you're more than welcome to the pink and grey one's we're getting rid of!

Thanks for the offer but... I really need to make a decision but when it's a choice between tile shopping and going out on a ride guess which wins.;)

Morning! I must have got out of the right side of bed or something today because I flew into work this morning, smashing my personal best:biggrin:. I nearly averaged 15mph:ohmy:. And it wasn't even tea fuelled! I think I'll need a cuppa soon.

Cuppa for wafflycat on its way. Our attempts to obtain toasted teacakes have been thwarted though as there seems to be some delay in opening the cafe:ohmy::sad:.

Yeah, good thanks.*replying to Mag00*

This month is a mix of looking after Miss tdr1nka, work and dealing with the DWP as I start to sign off the benefits.
Not much of a Summer Holiday although my good lady & I are taking a well earned couple of days seaside break to Margate on Thurs.
Can't wait to get out of London for a few days.

Afternoon. We are boiling here in Chateau Wafflycat due to having to keep the windows closed (wasps plus swarming bees... don't ask..). So I have made a supply of lemon & lime curd, using butter, eggs from The Laydeez, sugar, fresh lemons & limes. It looks *wonderful* and will be an enjoyable treat I think. Mind you, standing in a hot kitchen making it does not give me my most attractive look.
