Right, I'm off. I got a fish cake out of the freezer, and some bacon, so it's either fishcake, beans and mash, or spag carbonara.

I did have chips last night (with sausage and mushy peas) and they were very good!

Well... I have the country pile to myself for an hour or so. MrWC is orf working and WCMnr is seeing some mates. It's yours truly, three cats & four hens. Joy! Peace! Bliss!

So, as a treat to me, I'm having a takeaway. I nipped along to Waitrose & bought a cut-price(due to sell-by date) spicy Thai risotto thinggie. It was this: delicious.

Oh the sheer indulgence of having a takeaway instead of the normal cooking something from scratch. Joy!

Now have only the option to go back to four gears

The only reason I can't get ten is because on the bottom cog the chain jams against the frame.

It's a bit rainy and cloudy here, as I discovered while leading the hard-core drinking slow section of the local CTC back from a distant pub refreshment stop.
No Persieds for me tonight.

Tis a bit rainy here as well. And the cats have to be in the house or they set off the outside lights. They looked very purrplexed to be inside while I was outside .

Leading the slow section is probably very thursday thirsty work!
