I've had one of those long weeks at work where all attempts to be healthy are just a waste. Was just trying to turn the corner and now I'm faced with the proposition of adding maple syrup (which I have in my cupboard) to a nice hot chocolate (which I also have in the cupboard) – and not only that, it's a super-indulgent hot choccy with 'orange' flavour. Oh well, I am so lardy at the moment that it'll make no difference. Hot choc and maple syrup here I come. Note to self, 2 circuits on the bike tomorrow if it's not too freezing.

I don't think I should have an espresso at this time of night, with or without Ancient Mariners floating around in it.
Mind you, my orange hot choc tastes a bit like it has a dash of the aforementioned liqueur in it.

I want some yum yum tea. Yum my tummy with your delicious tea observant pot master.

Bling my biscuit tin with tannin stains oblivious whore-master.

Blast the clouds with a 10 teapot salute lord of the teapot!

I shouldn't laugh *too much*, got to go out myself in an hour and we've had a frost. Going to ride the road bike in jeans, which will be an experience

Just finishing a :cuppa: and then had better do the washing up
