I have a pair of three crutches in the basement, a pair in the granny flat and a pair in my kitchen on the first floor.

I forgot about the ones in the basement as they are odd non matched ones that I found and left down there in storage.

I had some fresh cream that needed using up. I have always found that my scones are like biscuits.
Today I decided to use Clover (aka buttery margarine type substance) as it would be softer that the butter I usually use, and therefore take much less rubbing in. Also used Marriage's organic white self-raising flour, and a small amount of baking powder, and scones that are light and fluffy and excellent, even though I say it myself.

I was just making a and fetching a kitkat and a bit of cheese. Except when I opened the fridge, I remembered the leftover cream doughnut from yesterday!
