My workmate and I noticed a certain aroma at once stage on the rounds today.

I'm watching a programme on the history of the motorways. They're just building the M62.
They just covered the introduction of the 70 limit, with some contemporary vox-pops, of people complaining about being forced to 'dawdle' at 70, when they usually did 100... Times don't change much!
