I almost had 'manflu' when Arch started dishing out the cake pops. Fortunately I managed to resist and not eat all of them at once.

Arch is defiantly ill, if she's not going into work.

I tried to go to work this morning, when I felt merely like I had a bad cold but thought better of it and came home again. Since then, that decision been proved wise. I did feel guilty when I heard the team recycling in my street though.

I have two cake pops left, light save them for tomorrow to tempt me. I'm enjoying the odd medicinal After Eight - mint is medicinal isn't it?

Apart from losing weight I presume there are other things that I can do to further reduce the blood pressure.

I asked my GP that one and his reply was to 'stop doing the things that increase your blood pressure'.
