I am in there if you look carefully, it was blooming cold at 8am when we met up so decided on Summer tights and long finger gloves and Armwarmers(don't laugh) by halfway it was warming up nicely but not enough for me to be seen in Lycra bib shorts

Oh, I can eat Cornetto with anything thankyou

Arch - I was going to say go and get that puncture fixed but then realised the time! On the mountain bike weekend I went on a couple of weeks ago we had a maintenance lesson including how to fix punctures. Good for those who always got there boyfriends to fix their punctures but I'd had plenty of practise!

I am back on sensible eating again now. Not that I overdid it in my break from sensible eating, just not counting the points.

I was just about to set off for work on Wednesday and noticed I had a flat front tyre, 1st thought was to take the car, 5 minutes later I was ready to go with a new tube in and the help of my track pump, my fastest ever fix spurred on by thoughts of being late.

I could have cracked on and swapped tubes over when I got in, but was just too lazy, as it would have meant going all the way back downstairs....
