It is very very very windy here, but with fluffy white clouds and sunshine.:sun:
We really need a "smug" smilie.

This morning's rain is back, though nowhere near as bad. The thought of staying in with a DVD is so much more appealing than venturing out into the wet and wind.

I have been doing house work, working on my house again.

I have adjusted the wiring so that there won't be an electrical socket under the bath but there will be a socket for the laundry. I have also part built the curved stud wall and done a tidy up.

You can see in the phot where I have cut back the wall to the right of the door and angled it outwards. It maintains the door width and access and allows the left side of the door fram to be centre in the width of the landing for the next wall I need to put in that will split the big opening in the background into two equal sized doorways.

The floor boards are back down loose so tomorrow I can lift them to sort out some of the plumbing. I also need to reconnect the electric shower in the guest room ensuite.

My weight awareness programme has also started. It involves doing more physical work as occupational therapy and not having a meal for afternoon tea. Today, I have had soup noodles for lunch and one segment of chocolate orange when I finished working a little while ago. Nothing more until dinner now.

NT, you should beef up the number of noggins and fix a sole and head plate first before fixing studs. Door frame needs 2 studs either side to fix frame to with noggin over. Good idea in bathroom to fix marine ply [or at least WBP ply] to studs before plasterboard to give you good fixings without having to locate studs.
