What is more important then weight is to pm your actual measurement, an existing belt is a good measure as you can measure to the hole you are comfortable with.
Mine currently is 34 1/2" whereas my (relaxed) waist is 39".

I was under orders to paint it PINK by my granddaughter (which I ignored of course 
) so it's white with a huge hint of PINK now all I have to do is stick the tigger and winni the poo vinyl stickers on tomorrow

Back in York till tomorrow. Went to see people at college apparently it will cost me £6000 to defer. 
The only other thing I can do is to claim mitigating circumstances, get a letter from my mums doctor or copy of medical records to prove that she is on her last legs. Or I can claim that I'm to stressed to cope with the course, get a sick note from my doctor.
Its a hard thing to deal with but asking permission from my mum and sister for proof is just silly. They are shocked that it will cost £6000 so my sister said she will sort it.
I also have to come back all the way back to York to do a group presentation on Friday, which means a night away from my mum, leaving my sister to cope.
