I've looked out of the window - heavy showers, the BBC says that the wind is blowing 22 - 38 mph. I think I'll have another cup of tea and put the bike away.
Less windy than yesterday here, still plenty of :rain: to come I fear.
Need to go shopping for chocolate cake biscuits healthy food, but am struggling for motivation to move :tired:
Better have another :cuppa: while I think about it.

Just to make you feel smug, I'll be wearing full waterproofs including a Colinj style 'heavy jacket' :rain:
I have just :reading: the half price Cornetto's, though a couple of things fell into the basket that I only discovered as I was putting stuff away in the cupboard :mrpig:

I think you should have words with the Manager of that shop. Their staff are obviously not stacking the shelves properly, judging by how regularly things fall into your basket without you realising. It should be easy to identify the person not doing their job properly as this carelessness in stacking the shelves just occurs in the biscuit, cake, chocolate and crisp aisles.

However, the people stacking the healthy food shelves do it in such a way as to make it difficult to take things off those shelves

I have also made some more oak bits for the tractor. It now has an oak front panel and I am just gluing up an oak dashboard.

The front panel will need some detail carving into it to make it interesting and give it some personality. I am trying to decided on making it look like a radiator grille or putting in two headlights and then adding a nose and mouth in 'Thomas the Tank Engine' style.

Out to meet some MSc friends tonight for a 'bin food' dinner.:hungry::cheers:

Back from walking the dog up in the Quantocks. It was very wet and muddy up there. Lots of puddles. Dog jumped in every single of one them. Some of them twice. Even three times. Muddy but very happy dog.

Am now recovering with a :cuppa: before going to wallow in the bath.
