As anti-heros go, Reacher is the best.

I'm halfway through his last one 'The affair' but I have been for a while tbh, have 3 different books on the go and it gets a bit confusing at times

Morning btw, legs are a bit tender after yesterdays hill-fest, nothing a bacon butty won't sort out

Went well thanks Nihal, very hilly and slow as it was quite windy yesterday.
Enjoyed the last 1.3 miles though, downhill and 30+mph all the way

I am in a category all of my own, wolly

I will be *whispers* going for some fruit and veg later, am taking a vow of celibacy healthy eating for the rest of the week, before the inevitable holiday madness next week.

After seeing how easily one of yesterdays riders was making the hills look, despite being a whopping 9st I think I have some work to do between now and the end of the year, my target is getting further away than ever

I enjoyed the blast from the top of that huge hill to the cafe, except for the van I met when I was coming round the corner, just about kept up with tubbycyclist he put up a fair pace I think he was

I am afraid you gonna need to pedal a lot faster then he sets quite a pace, next time you are out on a ride with him try to keep up with him. I ride that road a lot and it was the fastest I have ever gone up it, makes a lot of difference having someone else set the pace my legs were very achy this morning.
