Morning....lovely blue sky here.....I've been for a swim and now have to drive Mrs Rocky to Coventry (or else she'll presumably send me there )

A very long time ago, in the last century I used to live in Coventry, not a million miles from Warwick University. Or is she visiting Coventry University, aka Lanchester Polytechnic?

Yesterday Leo, Tasha and Jacob had some more summit meetings of their First Contact. I am cognisant of the fact that Leo should adhere to the principle of "Pick on Someone Your Own Size" and he should therefore condescend to allow Jacob to enjoy his quiet retirement at his country Hotel.

Furthermore, staff at Jacob's Hotel are keeping their distance, and not participating in the on-going discussions. No doubt Jacob's body guards will step in if the situation escalates. Then Leo will be in the Dog House.

I am staying seated today, mostly.
A hobble downstairs for lunch was ok but getting up again was a little sore, even with a stick.

Wondering about the best/easiest way to make some sort of fly screen for my windows so I can have them open but without the little trespassers. They are inward opening tilt and turn types.

It's Warwick university. Don't tell Jo but I'm sitting in the sun drinking a skinny latte and eating doughnuts. I've decided that the life of a chauffeur is indeed hard. I'll move in about half an hour to buy another coffee and one of those lovely granola bars that have been winking at me.

A Decaff Americano for me, with a smidgeon of full fat milk, thank you.
