I was reading the Bangalore Times and it wasn't very complimentary about the New York dustbin men.
Hmmm........as far as i know, the Bangalore Times we get, does'nt write about anything related to garbage.........but yes,one can argue that what they write can be compared to garbage........

Good to have you back Nihal, the 'tea?' thread was starting to make too much sense without you

I am hiding from stray fireworks btw ;)

Been very cold on the face here riding around York doing chores but very, very warm in the sun while sipping coffee in Nero's.
I have acquired a pair of crappy mudguards for Emily and an aluminium luggage rack to adapt to fit Tiddles.

Anyone have views on bike trailers?
I should do some proper research at some point but a quick 'shout out of what you want' might be a good starting point.
Looking for a brief idea of the ideal bike trailer and what you'd use it for, and what you'd like to use it for, just for a starting point.
Thank you.

Maybe I will start a thread after I have a few 'shouts of ideas and views'.

Edit to add: I should clarify I only mean cargo trailer and not kiddie trailers.

Interesting one, bike trailers. I've often wondered about using a trailer when touring but have always plumped for travelling light and trying to get everything into two panniers. We've been spending some time in Cambridge recently and you see parents cycling with small kids in a trailer. I always feel that this is a bit risky as a car might not see the trailer and wipe out the kid.

Once you tow a trailer, you realise it's the opposite. Drivers notice a trailer far more than a lone cyclist. Even an empty trailer gets you more room, and if they think there's a kid in one, the difference is remarkable!

It's been a nice relaxing day, after the strenuous relaxing of the weekend. But now, I'm going to venture into the kitchen and do things to a pumpkin....

They'll need about eleven months lead-in time... around about the same time that I need 12 years PII.
