Funnily enough, I was reminded of that when I was on holiday. The cottage I stayed in had a very large knocker.

Oh dear. I am having to keep a close eye on The Laydeez today. When I cleaned them out in the morning, as I do every day, there was an unpleasant surprise.. A shell-less egg, with attached blood clot and it all *stank* it was *rotten* I literally heaved. Thing is, all the hens are running about as normal with tails up, looking perky. No-one looking off-colour at all. Most strange.
