Right. Put the kettle on. I am requiring of a mug of tea as I settle down at 9pm for my evening REAL MAN fix of rufty-tufty, testosterone-overload telly as I settle to watch Ice Road Truckers. That, combined with Deadliest Catch and AxMen and the 'sponsored by ScrewFix' ads and the air is positively aromatic with testosterone. There's probably something deeply Freudian and very *wrong* about my enjoyment of them...

Heck, who cares, I like the sight of a man wielding his large chopper at huge wood. And ships pouinding through huge waves in stormy seas..

Must go, Matron has some medications for me to take.

I'd avoid Waffles at the moment. After her evening of leering at studly blokes on the TV you may not be safe...
Have a cup of leafy goodness. No bromide in your one.

TheDoctor - I have a question for you. In another thread you mention dining with Tdr1nka and you were both wearing dressing gowns.

I venture to suggest that a dressing gown is not a garment normally conveyed in a cycle pannier, so you borrowed one of Tdr1nka's. How does one size of gown fit you and Tdr1nka? He is so much taller that you.

Yes, I know there were two dressing gowns, and two people.

Dressing gowns are usually a sort of one-size-fits-nobody-all-that-well, aren't they? His spare one fitted reasonably well, but it came down further on me.
Before anyone asks the obvious question - it had been absolutely tipping it down, and my shorts and shirt were in the spindryer, before going on a radiator.

May I point people in the general direction of B3ta.com and their Image Challenge of the week. What if America was still British? It's hilarious!

Apologies, yes I remembered the reason why you were so casually attired.
But then I have an excellent - er what - um memory.

Perhaps tomorrow I will tell you about the time I was in my dressing gown in the garden shed with the man from the water board, and yes, it was above board. ;)
