No shouting!! Arch is enjoying her choccy hobnob cuppa.

I got the stem loose courtesy of my neighbour who is well set up with everything tools - including all the Allen keys you could dream of. Mrs 26x25 will have to wait till tomorrow now for the (hopefully) final set up. I reckon if she fits she'll be off like a greyhound after a hare

I gather that greyhounds tend to run flat out for 100 yards and then go to sleep in front of the fire for the rest of the day...

Unfortunately Mrs 26x25 is a bit like that. I have to constantly curb her enthusiasm if we are attempting any sort of few miles on the bike. She does curl up and sleep too - but not all day.

As for THAT cooking - why? why? why? - wouldn't fuel me very far (I'm talking cycling here )

Do they look like Jelly Beans? That's what he did with them, as they are bean shaped, he cooked them and coated them in colored jellies made from various coloured vegetable reductions. It was a fairy tale theme meal, so those were Jack's magic beans.

For the Piece de Resistance, he made a gingerbread house. Full size! (well, shed sized, but big enough!) It even had sugar glass windows.
