I am adored by the hens this evening as I am the fount of all treats:- sweetcorn & rice. They love it.

Chuffy has been making friends with nexs doors' laydeez by feeding them grapes. They trundle over as soon as he appears.

Lunch today was delicious & minimising food miles. A snack, as MrWC is flitting between the F1 and working on the shed. So fresh homebaked bread straight from the oven topped with scrambled eggs (The Laydeez's eggs, 'natch) and chives straight from the garden. It was a snak-o-licious delight!

It's either the grapes, or he's just naturally attractive to chickens...

I've been and fettled the trike a bit - fitted the bell I got at Spezi - annoyingly the bracket was too small for the handlebar, but I've shimmed it onto the mirror arm, and that's actually better, as I can operate it more easily - and did a final fitting of my homemade side bags. I'm quite pleased with them, and how they fit - just have to do a test run next week with them loaded up to check for any dangling or rubbing bits. Plus I've been able to fit a klickfix bracket for my barbag onto the back of the seat.

Now, after I've digested my sushi dinner, I have laundry to do, and a small repair on my tent to sew.

Well, the laundry is done, the tent is mended, and my old trike is now in the hands of Cyclemagic. And I've racked up 10 miles for the day, just going to and fro to the lockup.
