 Did someone mention biskits?

I like your Avatar Oliglynn.

Yes Speicher - biskits are over there ------->

Leave some for cookiemonster tho. Brain work is hungry work.

Been hot here today. More planting out in the garden - French Beans, Toms, Cukes and the Climbing Beans had their climbing bits put in. Dug up last year's purple sprouting and leaf beet, both of which had finished. Dug that patch over too (now that was hot).

Also Mrs 26x25 was feeling a bit down today so I had to do some bits and bobs to help her out. She seems to be a bit more herself now.

oh dear. Hot day at work, followed by beer, followed by chips = sleepy Arch. I might have to log off and lie down and sleep through Ashes to Ashes.

I'll leave you with the news that we washed Beryl today, and then touched her up with yellow paint.

And that my boss discovered that sun cream dissolves tacky car paint if on our fingers, leaving yellow stripes on his arm....

I mingled with the hoi-polloi today. I got a bus from the village into town, had a wander & bus back. I was at one with my inner Masai as I wandered Dereham. By, it were 'ott out there.

I know what you mean... I am hoping that being at one with my inner Masai does the trick with the knees. The physio says that it is something worth trying - she's been to seminar an'all...

Wow, did you find a shop selling cow blood milkshakes?

I've been busy - got a new camera, a haircut and lots of odds and ends, including, under the influence of the thread here in cafe, a bunch of asparagus, which I will have with a little salmon fillet and some new spuds. Just need to pop out for butter, which I find I'm out of.

Oh, and you can imagine the expression on my hairdresser's face when I said I was riding to Sheffield on Friday to start my trip south.

"How far's that?!"

"Oh, it'll be 50-60 miles"

;)

Been rather too hot here today  Stayed out of the sun this afternoon  . I don't like it hot  .

Tomorrow I'm riding my first 200 km Audax of the year  . Hope it isn't this hot  . But it is exciting - getting out on unfamiliar roads
