How was your milk this morning?

The milk was fine thank you. It was delivered at about 2am. Shortly after that however, I was awoken by a strange cat on my doorstep. She was looking a bit puzzled and as if she had walked a long way. Said her name was Pooh Ma, I think. Funny name for a cat if you ask me.

Thought she was miaowing in a strange accent today, you should see the trouble I have getting her to go out into the garden, never mind walk 100 miles towards a strange lady's house

Evenings!!
My fettling went well.
I have been getting my Raleigh Dynatech 401Ti frame together - 105 chainset, Shimano factory wheels, brakes, saddle etc from the spares heap - and after a frantic evenings fettle...

IT LIVES!!!!!!!

First time I've ridden that frame in 5 years or more, and it was the first decent road bike I had

 Apologies to TheDoctor for getting carried away talking about Artem. I think you did not put enough smileys so that I could see how excited you were.

After such a frantic evening fettling, you probably need some Tea?

I have some tea, although I may go and get some grape juice
I was beginning to wonder if I'd been banned, after what I put in the Christmas No. 1 fred earlier...

It's very very rude. Possibly the most offensive (and amusing) protest song ever...

Bet it took him longer to do all those smileys, than it did to get the bike ready

Build a bridge out of it?
I was toying with the idea of riding it. It'll be my going-to-work bike, and knocking-about-at-weekends-on-flat-rides bike.

Very carefully, after I had an unanticipated dismount in the snow the other day...

That's one nice thing about single speeders, there's very little to set up. It was a bare frame at half-eight this evening. I just need to get another brake cable, although it'll stop perfectly well with only the front brake..
