It has been a very busy day, watching tv, eating, watching tv, eating, watching the ballet, and being on here, and starting recruitment for my ice hockey team.

Sounds very demanding

Arbuckle keeps going outside and coming back in 2 minutes later, I think he's checking to see if it's warmed up yet, he's getting cabin fever as he's normally out all day

Hope you have all had a jolly excellent Xmas.
I ate too much and didn't wake up really on Boxing day . Feeling a bit more like some cold turkey again tho'. Ooooh - and SPROUTS

Tonight's tea was chilly con carne, followed by Christmas pudding with double cream

The cats are hibernating.

Don't know whether I should be posting in the Tea thread today as I have mostly been drinking the rival brew with double cream in.

All the turkey has now been finished off by the cats, they are content and asleep.

Gawd knows what's for tea as I've been eating most of the day anyway

Might watch Die Hard 4 later for the adrenalin rush

Don't know whether I should be posting in the Tea thread today as I have mostly been drinking the rival brew with double cream in.

That sounds nice. I used to drink that the same way and then I became lactose intolorant.
Is there a lacotse free double cream?

I am on my usual black Earl Grey in a pint pot while trying to draw in AutoCad.

I will be watching Upstairs Downstairs later. I am too young to remember the original.

I have to admit (or do I ) to making fresh alternative beverages, but with milk, not double cream. The double cream was reserved for the mince pies, and Christmas pudding, as I do not like the pfaff of making custard.

Well seeing as Tesco let me down on the mince pie front, and I don't like Christmas pud, I have to use the cream somewhere

Night Train, I have only just discovered, as you know, Paint. I had been looking for it as a program, when all the time it was in accessories.

This is what I have been working on.

I used to do a lot of AutoCad work back in 1988 with architect drawings and building services so I am old enough to remember Upstairs Downstairs the first time around. I havent used it since 1991 and have only done a few AutoCad classes at college so far.

It isn't wondeful or technically correct but it gets a bit of practice in.

We have stayed away from the 'Sales' madness and might venture out for a few treats tomorrow.
Currently surfing the online cycle shops for some goodies from me to me

whilst watching Shrek.

I have been surfing on-line for Craghoppers fleeces, and thinking about whether I really need a new one or two.

New Wellingtons are unlikely to be in a sale.

I have no intention of being in anything remotely ressembling sales madness.

I quite fancy a decent pair of walking shoes/boots, seen some nice ones in Millets.

Would get a new fleece or two myself but do I get one that fits me now or to fit my new slimline look come March/April
