Well hmmph yes  I am piling it on.
But there is sooooo much more to get through.
I don't like to see it all go to waste. Danger is that it does go to waist.

Speicher - c'mon lass I haven't had a mince pie today yet and Potsy is getting cross.

26 by 25, Potsy is sadly mistaken about the mince pies. They were ordered today at the baker's for collection next Wednesday!

I do however, by way of recompense, have fresh home-made sponge cake with jam, if that is accept...

oh yes, I see it is was.

Got these ones in the end, they are very comfortable and I think a sensible sort of price for my needs.
New boots
They have a Vibram sole and eVent lining so should be perfect.

Also got these as well-
New trainers

Yes, very nice boots and shoes, Pots. I hope you are going to wear them with black trousers, very nice. ;) There is a branch of sportsdirect in Worcester, might divert that way on my next visit to Worcester centre.

I am fully aware of next Wednesdays order, but how many extra ones did you get for now?

The baker's is open on Wednesdays to Saturdays, yes, bear with me, it is relevant.

Yesterday there was a burst pipe in the water supply to the Baker's and some other shops. Unfortunately the Baker is not cognisant of the devastation this would cause you, Potsy, when you learn about shortage of pies, mince or otherwise. You may imagine that a shortage of water has a tendency to affect the baker and his baking. He does not think he will be able to resume his full menu of cakes until next week. Even bakers like to have New Year's Day as holiday!
