I currently have corn flakes. I switch cereals just for interest and variety as I didn't used to eat breakfast that early and just had a jam sandwich when I got to college. I can't stomach porridge. Makes me feel sick within an hour of trying to eat it.

I am only eating cereal as I have lactose free milk and only have a small amount before setting off for work. Eating any more then that first thing also makes me feel ill and so I usually have to have been up and about for a while before I can eat 'food', hence the college breakfast.

I have heard it said that there is only marginally more nutrition in cornflakes than there is in the cardboard box.
Fab Foodie might know more about that.

Can you eat wholemeal bread? Or Shredded Wheat, the bitesize ones being easy to eat?

When on early shift I can't even look at food before I set off (4.45am) but once I get there after a 9 mile ride I am ready for a tea/coffee and will usually have a banana or apple, that will then do me until 10am which is break time.
Shame you can't have porridge as that would have been my thoughts too, or ready brek as I'm a big kid

No....

Invent a drink with negative calories and you're home and dry...

I don't have a cat NT, but I send my regards to yours instead.

She as a little tarter on her teath but nothing spectacular. Yesterday she was eating happily on her own after I fed her with a syringe. Today she just held her mouth open and shock her head to get the food out.

She then wonders about crying to be fed and begging for food off the table. We are allowing her to have any food she wants but it only gets a sniff or maybe a lick and then ignored.

Odd that it came and went like that. Still, I suppose sometimes one can start to feel better and then relapse a bit. Perhaps it's like that.

This is a video of Fizzy. She doesn't seem like an unwell cat. The brown staining on her face and paws is from her drooling saliva all the time. She will get another wash tomorrow as I have to soak her fur to soften the 'gunk' to get it off. She won't like it.

Oh, the strange noise is from my boots squeaking and creaking as I am kneeling.
