You used a woodburning stove (outside) to get hot water to clean the recycling boxes with? Like those large cooking pots that cannibals use?

Aw c'mon Speicher - you must have a more interesting idea than that

My suggestion was betterer than yours!

Indeed it was - it was right!

We have a little barbeque and a couple of old saucepans we use to heat water. It saves going inside to fetch water off the stove.

Only another 175 to wash.... We did 30 or so this afternoon.

Another recycling box would be a good prize. I have a huuuge amount of paper for recycling.

At Weight Watchers today, I had lost £1.50 1.5 pounds. Not at lot  but in the right direction.

1.5lbs is a good start though, you'd be happy to lose that every week.
How big is this square of chocolate?

Was watching a bit of 'The biggest loser' the other day where one couple were eating approx 800 calories a day and saying they were 'struggling' to eat enough
wacko.gif
they had got themselves to 20+ stone and now they can't eat?
Bodies were going into starvation mode and shutting down so they only lost a small amount each.
