'tis a bit cold out there today, my ninja look is staying for a few weeks yet if this keeps up
Big mug of tea about to be drunk, just need a few bikkies to dunk now but the bikkie cupboard is empty

I had a doughnut at lunchtime, and yes that is allowed, occasionnally. I have decided Wednesday is doughnut day, and Saturday is chocolate day. 
To compensate for the doughnut, the first part of my lunch was tuna salad with no bread, and no potatoes.
Homemade soup is on the agenda, to have at lunch. Tinned soups are very salty and contain lots of sugar, not too mention expensive. Cup a Soups are ok in emergency, but not very filling.
I will be absent this evening cos I have a very boring meeting to attend.
Added to the boredom is uncomfortable chairs, and a very cold room. Hot chocolate may well be consumed on my return.

I was told today, our big boss at the centre 'likes my energy'. Whatever that means.
Mind you compared with the two I was working with today, I'm a never-stopping dynamo of perpetual work.

Surely, I can be a dynamo of perpetual work, as long as I'm fed regular inputs of energy (or in my case, cake and noodles)? I never said I was a closed system...
My 'energy' was demonstrated today when my boss and his boss came back from a meeting to find me washing boxes while my colleague, who should have been helping, was nattering indoors.
