Today turned out to be lemon tart (for pudding at lunch) and dark chocolate suggestive biscuits day (with tea at about 4pm) as I was visiting my mother.

I knew it, have all 7 days been assigned their 'special day' status yet?
Can I suggest Friday as 'Cream Egg' day?

Saturday can be Dark Chocolate Suggestive biskit day, they are my all time favourite I think, closely followed by choccy Hob Nobs

The remainder of the lemon tart and nearly all the packet of choc suggestives are now at a location approx forty miles from here. We only had two each.

I am drawing the conclusion that "Visiting Mum" day is also "eat anything within reason day". I will work on a calculation on the correlation between the two.

You are welcome to have Friday as Creme Egg Day, Pots. Please take particular notice, however, of the singular, not the plural of egg. A box of eggs, be it six or twelve, is plural, as it is relative to the number of eggs, not the number of boxes.

You know me, everything in moderation, including moderation

Even with my big mouth I can only manage to stuff one cream egg in at a time

A fat cat? Sound like a trio of characters in a children's book.

In fact we had a book about a fat cat, I think Oli has it now. It ate lots of people, who had funny names like Hottentot and Skolinkenlot, and an old woman and her cooking pot (plenty of rhymes, you see), until a hunter came and cut him open and let them all out - the cat survived and the last pages showed him walking along with a big sticking plaster on his belly.

Aw Arch fancy spoiling the ending, I haven't read it yet

Very quiet in here. Everyone must be at work. Or taking Henry to see Teddy.

I am enjoying the silence today, after being talked to for most of yesterday. Not at The Library today, as my co-volunteer has her grandchildren to look after in the holidays.
