Tea? (Part 2)

Tea for Arch.

I can come over again some time for another ride but I think getting me tired and sleepy isn't a good idea for the 70 mile drive home!

What is it with you and bananas?

It's a long story!

When we were kids, in Belfast, our special outing was a drive up the Antrim coast to a place called Brown's Bay. There, we would sit in the car parked at the top of the cliff and eat our picnic, before going down the path to the actual beach. We couldn't go to the beach until we'd had the picnic. My mother being a sensible woman, always included a piece of fruit each. I don't dislike fruit, but I don't relish it, so eating it was a chore. A banana was about my least worst option. So I knew I couldn't go to the beach until I'd eaten my banana.

So ingrained was this, that to this day, I regard a visit to a beach without having to eat a banana as a slightly naughty outing.

Having eaten one today, I'm owed a trip to the seaside.

hehehe I like your logic arch remember I won £13.00 on the lottery well I used it to treat myself to a new Rear Cassette @ £46.00 and a new Chainset @ £78.00

We did 59 hilly-ish miles also Phil, what a coincidence.
Cake was eaten by some but not me, the ham egg and chips hit the spot

Bit gloomy all day with drizzle every now and then, not too bad though, certainly wasn't Spring gear for me!

I must of just missed the rain when I got to the top of askwith moor I could see what looked like rain over towards ilkley and skipton way and when I stopped at the cafe in askwith someone said it was raining in addingham when they passed through so I was lucky.

It was the first bike ride without overshoes that I didnt have cold feet this year.

managed to get him into position anyway, first time I'd tried the timer on the camera so was able to get us all together.
There was one of him frpm the last ride that he particularly hates, might put it on here as he won't ever see it
