I was shown the box of teacakes that you sent Tdr1nka - he was very happy indeed!

I might sneak a teacake online anyway but craving some cake of substance...

Physio was really good! Will update knee thread shortly (cat demanding attention!).

Virtual teacakes=low in sugar.
We got a picture of Tdr1nka's teacakes before they got eaten!

According to a diabetic friend, cake is one of the best ways of eating sugar as it's mixed with so many other ingredients...

Also meant to say that re: courier stuff, my brother isn't being very helpful at the moment - sorry!

Yeah, I'e figured out that the more digesting the body needs to do the less it affects me; am really craving some cake at the moment...mmmm

Don't worry re couriering if he wants to put it behind him- I got put in touch with a courier and had a chat with her about it - not sure if the income is stable or reliable enough these days- need to think long and hard but will try and follow her out on a day when feeling more up to it.
